 We hope you find something special for you or your loved one, here at The Fairies Pyjamas! Should you have any questions that aren't answered below, please don't hesitate to contact us.

  • The Fairies Pyjamas will ship to anywhere- anytime.
  • Once we receive your online order and payment- you will be sent an email.
  • Our online shipping calculator will provide a choice of method and price of shipping once you have entered your shipping address in the checkout page.
  • Shipping costs include the 100% eco envelope we ship in.
  • It also includes a fee for a Signature from Canada Post- this means your parcel won’t be left on your porch- you will have to go pick up.
  • We will make every effort to send you order out the next day. But please contact us if you need by a certain date. We aren't amazon. We are just a couple people. Sometimes we go to festivals and set up a pop up shop and during those times it is harder for us to ship with quick turn around. Please always message if you're on a time sensitive schedule. 
  • We will email you the tracking code once it has been shipped.
  • If there is any issue with your order- we will send you an email.
  • We use Canada Post to ship. Tracking can also be found at USPS once it crosses into the USA from Canada.

Returns and Exchange Policy

All Sales are Exchange Only in unworn, unwashed condition with tags, within 14 days of purchase.

We are a small company and understand shopping online can be different then shopping in person. We try to give as many details for our products and know that sometimes another size is better for a certain style. That's why we offer an exchange policy. Please review each item you purchase in the “Measurement” tab found below each product description. Our sizing chart page is only an average and each item has a detailed sizing on their appropriate product urls. Many of our designs are stretchy and so the size is 'style dependant'. If you would like the fit to be snug go with the smaller size, or less tight then go for the more generous size. 

If there is a defect or mistake than a return will be made on a case to case basis.

Exchanges on items can be made only within 14 days of shipment. Please email as soon as you want to exchange an item.

All merchandise that is returned must be in original new condition. It is the customer's responsibility to return an item, and we suggest sending it insured with a delivery confirmation, as packages do get lost in the mail. It is suggested that you notify us of your return, prior to returning it. Please include a note in the exchange listed what you would like instead.

There are no refunds on shipping or handling charges for an exchange.

Please enclose a copy of your original invoice or packing slip, note CLEARLY on it what you would like us to send you back for an exchange. 

If you experience a special circumstance or particular problem, contact us and we will accommodate to the best of our ability.
